Cookbook and Adoption Update!

Since receiving our RA, we have been busy, busy with paperwork.  Our I800a needed to be updated, homestudy updated, I800 applied for, Visas applied for and travel paperwork begun.  Plus, we have had a whole month of flu and stomach bug at our house! Thankfully, the worst of the bug is over and we all recovering!

I just tallied cookbook sales and we have sold 28 cookbooks so far!  Our goal was to sell 100 by the end of March, but now we are hoping to sell at least 50 before the end of the month.  I am hearing lots of great feedback about Cassie's delicious recipes!  We tried the lasagna made with cream cheese instead of cottage cheese and loved it! Especially my kids who always pick out the cheese, they like this recipe much better!  I always keep the cookbooks in my car, so just ask if you want one! We will be at carpool pick up Thursday and The Bid on Friday night!
